Shipping & Returns

We use Australia Post E-Parcel for most deliveries, for larger items other couriers may be used. Standard national shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $9.95. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery if products are in stock. If products are out of stock we will contact you with the lead-time. Some items will need to be custom ordered, and if this is the case you will receive email notification as to when you can expect delivery of your product. Bulky items or larger quantities may incur a higher delivery cost and we will correspond with you via email to arrange delivery.

We offer a free gift-wrapping service. Please email us if you would like to have your item gift-wrapped.

We hope that you will love your purchased product and that it arrives safely, but if you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number. With returns, items must reach us in their original condition and packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Postage and any insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will receive a store credit for the cost of the item. If an item is faulty or damaged, we will issue a refund or store credit. Please contact us via email to arrange this.
